Meanwhile, the Patna Medical college and Hospital authorities have denied these claims, adding to the tension surrounding the case.The victim,a minor from Muzaffarpur,was lured away from her home with promises of snacks and afterward assaulted by her attackers,who also inflicted severe injuries with a knife. she was discovered bleeding near a pond and was later referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital for urgent care.Though, family members reported that they were forced to wait for an extended period in the ambulance due to a lack of available beds, ultimately leading to her untimely death on Sunday. The police have arrested Rohit Kumar Sani, the main suspect, who has a history of similar allegations. The Superintendent of Police in Muzaffarpur confirmed that Sani was apprehended on the night of the incident, but the community is left grappling with the implications of this tragedy and the systemic failures that may have contributed to it.
