Threat to Prime Minister Modi: Arrest Made Amid bihar Visit

The individual behind the threat, identified as 35-year-old Sameer Kumar Ranjan from Bhagalpur, was arrested after sending the message. He claimed that the act was intended to frame his uncle due to a land dispute. using a VPN, Sameer sent the threatening message from his uncle’s mobile phone. According to Bhagalpur DSP Chandrabushan, Sameer was apprehended based on specific evidence, including the examination of SIM cards and WhatsApp messages, which confirmed the conspiracy. He is currently in police custody for further questioning.
