Tragic Accident claims Life of Migrant Worker in Karnataka, body Returned to Malda
In a heartbreaking incident, the body of Sheikh Bul, a migrant worker who tragically lost his life in Karnataka, has been returned to his hometown in Malda. Bul, a resident of Shobhanagar in English Bazaar, had traveled to Karnataka four months ago in search of work. His untimely death occurred while transporting equipment for tower construction, casting a shadow of grief over his family.
Bul’s wife, Khushbari Khatun, and their two young children are left to grapple with the devastating loss. The news of his accident sent shockwaves through the family, leaving them in despair. As Bul’s coffin arrived home on Saturday, his family was overwhelmed with sorrow, unable to contain their tears. Local district council member Jewel Rahman Siddiqui visited the family, promising to provide all necessary government assistance and taking responsibility for the education of Bul’s two sons.
