In a critically important legal growth, a petition has been filed in the Calcutta High court challenging the new regulations introduced by the West Bengal School Service Commission for 2025. Justice Parthasarathi Chattopadhyay has granted permission for the case, which is set to be heard on June 5. Notably, candidates up to 40 years of age as of January 1,2025,are eligible to apply, which adds another layer of complexity to the recruitment process. As the hearing approaches, many are watching closely to see how these changes will impact the future of teaching in West Bengal.
