In a disturbing incident that has sent shockwaves through the community, a 23-year-old woman from Sodpur has accused a local man, Aryan Khan, of attempting to coerce her into becoming a bar dancer under the guise of offering an event management job.The young woman claims she was lured to Khan’s residence in domjur, only to discover a sinister plan that led to her being held against her will and subjected to horrific abuse. After enduring unimaginable torment, she managed to escape and seek help.
The victim’s ordeal began when she connected with Khan through social media, believing she was stepping into a legitimate job opportunity. Instead, she found herself trapped in a nightmare, where she was allegedly tortured by both Khan and his mother. Reports indicate that the abuse included severe physical harm,such as burns from cigarettes and even having her hair forcibly cut. After a harrowing escape on Friday, the young woman was admitted to Bolram Hospital and later transferred to Sagar Dutta Medical College for treatment. Her family has as filed a complaint at the Khardah police station, and the case has been forwarded to the Domjur police for further examination.This incident raises serious concerns about the safety of young women in the job market and the lengths to which some individuals will go to exploit them.
